Ultra-thin Servo Electromagnetic Brake Product Introduction
SG series electromagnetic brake series is a small and medium-sized electromagnetic spring pressurized power-off brake carefully designed and developed by our company. It is specially used for ultra-thin servo motors. Through the combination of special controller, the brake can be started with high power and maintained with low power. It has the advantages of ultra-thin, energy saving, low heat generation, high torque and long life. This product is widely used in compact space, high volume requirements of the robot, manipulator and other ultra-thin servo motor.

Operation Precautions
Brake body
Electromagnetic brakes mostly use soft materials, if knocked, dropped or excessive force, it may cause damage, deformation, so please pay full attention to the operation.
wire
Please do not pull the brake wire with excessive force or bend it at an acute angle. Do not hold the wire to pull the brake.
friction surface
Since this product is a dry brake, the friction surface must be kept dry during use. When installing and using, please pay attention to avoid the friction surface contact with water, oil, etc.
use precautions
environment
The friction surface shall be free of oil, moisture, dust, etc. Please pay attention to protection.
use ambient temperature
Brake use ambient temperature:-10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, if you want to use outside the range, please consult the company's technical personnel.
supply voltage variation
extreme supply voltage variations may not meet the brake performance requirements, so please control the voltage within ± 10% of the rated voltage.
Installation Precautions
Fixing of rotor hub section
The rotor hub shall not be in contact with the stator during design and use. If the fixing method uses ordinary hexagon screws and is coated with thread fastening glue, please note that the thread fastening glue shall not leak to the hub surface.
mounting screws
brake shall be loosened with thread fastening glue.
shaft
brake shaft hole is set to level H7. If a press-in rotor hub is used, please consider the press-in tolerance.
brake mounting surface
The coaxiality (X) between the brake mounting stop and the shaft and the verticality (Y) between the brake mounting surface and the shaft shall not exceed the allowable values in the following table.
